INDONESIA STICKER VISA
1. Original Current & Previous Passport and Copy of its first 3 page (Must be valid for more than 18 months at the time of travel), and copy of previous Indonesian visas.

3. 4 latest passport size photographs – White Background.
4. At least 6 months latest Attested Bank Statement with closing minimum balance equal to US$ 10,000 for business and US$ 1,500 for other purpose along with account maintenance letter.
